It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Sarah, Areeb and Heritier from The Message who, with Rob, hosted school collective worship. We learned about their experiences in Rwanda and Pakistan and the concept of 'umuganda' - coming together in common purpose to achieve an outcome. #stbartsway #soar

Year 4 have had the most glorious afternoon exploring colour shape patterns and textures. We used our knowledge from our previous learning about rain forests to add extra depth to our art unit based on rainforests. This afternoon we studied individual pictures and produced our own drawings, which then inspired mood boards. Look at the results! We are so very proud of what they produced on wet afternoon. #soar #stbartsway

Final day here in Swanage for our Year 6 children. A brilliant start with a pancake breakfast delicious! Bushcraft involving shelter building and fire-starting and coasteering for everyone else. What a wonderful last day! #soar #stbartsway
