Welcome back to Term 4!

We are excited to see the sun shining in our new term especially as Year 3 will get the wonderful opportunity to explore Forest School as one of their PE sessions.

Library visits are on a Wednesday; please ensure your child is supported in taking great care of their book and reminded to bring it in to school on a Wednesday to return or renew it. Our Reading Records have been a great success for the children, so please ensure that your child brings this to school each day and records of reads at home are added too.

Below you will find an overview of our key learning this term. Where there are knowledge organisers these will details the key vocabulary and learning in that subject.

Science

In Science this term, our big question is 'What does a body need to move, grow and protect itself?'. We will be exploring the skeletons of humans and animals, discovering how muscles work, and how different food groups provide our body with nutrition for growth and fuel our energy to move!

Maths

History

In History, we are learning all about Romans! Who they were and how they came to invade England. We will look at evidence through artefacts to see how they shaped the Britain we know today and what their lasting legacies have been.
